RACHEL M. MENDOZA, an associate consultant of Quality Plus Management Consulting Co., is a Management Systems consultant and a Registered Nurse with a Master of Arts degree in Nursing, majoring in Nursing Administration. Her more than five years of work experience and expertise include ISO 9001 QMS Documentation, Root Cause Analysis for Formulating Corrective and Preventive Actions, Internal Quality Audit Skills Development Series, and Enhancing Effective Document Control and working as the Total Quality Manager and appointed as Lead Auditor of an ISO 9001:2015 certified Tertiary Diagnostic Clinic. Her passion for learning every aspect of the Quality Management System has prepared and allowed her to work with the Quality Management Team of a prestigious Hospital and Medical Center in Manila which is also ISO 9001 certified, and to be a part-time professor at a reputable College of Nursing and Liberal Arts in Manila.
