QMS Manager Development Program
A public seminar was recently held by Quality Plus management Consulting Co. last February 13, 2017 at the Seqouia Hotel in Quezon City. For the seminar entitled, "QMS Manager Development Program." Quality plus introduced the roles and responsibilities of QMS Managers based on the ISO 9001:2015 QMS., which is set to replace the existing ISO 9001:2008 in September 2018. With more than 30 participants coming from government agencies, manufacturing, service and other industries, the event was a success.
This was later followed by an interview with Mr. Mark Lester Lee, CEO of Cherubin Rubber Corporation, as he shared his experience of their company's ISO 9001:2015 journey. A question and answer portion was opened for participants to ask Mr. Lee regarding his past experiences on how he effectively led his company to adapt the change.
In the end of the seminar, Mr. Palaca left the participants with one of Dr. Edward Deming's quote.
A BAD SYSTEM WILL BEAT A GOOD PERSON EVERY TIME.
Participants who were present on the seminar were not only given certificates and souvenir items, but more importantly, they were charged with the challenge to spearhead in building the right culture in implementing a Quality Management System in their respective companies.
